Claude Lemieux is coming out of retirement to play with the Avalanche this season the Denver Post reported today. More on this later. And I will be posting after the Rangers/Lightning pre-season game tonight where i will get my first look at Steve Stamkos.

***News Bulletin*** Patrick Roy announced he will not take a coaching position with the Avalanche next season. It was never clear if the team was pursuing the option further. According to the Denver Post, it is because he wants to remain in Quebec to coach his sons.
